Riverview Apartment 2.6 arguably occupies one of the best positions in Iluka. If you're seeking a relaxing holiday where you can sit back and watch the sunsets and dolphins in the river, or perhaps throw in a line for a spot of fishing, boating or a family holiday destination, this is the place for you.Situated right on the banks of the Clarence River, this apartment has an elevated position to maximise those wonderful river views, and we can assure you, the sunsets are beyond compare. Just a block away from the boat ramp, the complex is also near the Marina and Ferry terminal for easy access across the estuary to Yamba, a great daytrip.

The easy care unit has terracotta tiled floors, and airconditioning in the living area. All living spaces have been designed to capture the best of the river views, even the kitchen sink !! Fitted with every modern convenience the kitchen is equipped for you to prepare a family meal or just nibblies and drinks if you prefer to eat out. There's no better spot to enjoy a cool drink than the riverfront balcony, which also contains a BBQ for your convenience.

2 bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom to master, and the second bedroom provides two single beds and an additional single trundle. The bedrooms both have carpeted floors, ceiling fans and stylish timber blinds to keep out the sun if you want a sleep in.

Car parking or storage is provided with a single lock up remote control garage, plus additional visitor parking space.

Location - Situated in a very central position in Iluka, a short walk or drive to the river, and the various boatramps available in Iluka. The nearest is the Spenser St boatramp less than 300m away. Others you can choose from are in Marandowie Drive, Queen St near the Sedgers Reef Hotel, and the Old Ferry at the end of Marandowie Drive.

Of course Iluka is known for being situated on the river, and there are no properties on the beach as it is bordered by National Park and the famous World Heritage Nature Reserve. However you do have several to choose from that are just a short drive away. Moriarty's (which includes a walk along the break wall), Main Beach, Bluff Beach, Frazer's Reef, Woody Head, Back Beach, Shark Bay, Ten Mile Beach. Then you have Iluka Bay, a child friendly beach on the river between the end of Young St and the break walls. The Iluka Bay area also has a park with play equipment and is along the River Walking track. Speaking of walking tracks, if exploring nature appeals to you, Iluka is famous for it's Rainforest Walk. Approx 2.5kms, it starts at the end of Crown & Long Sts, and takes you through the lush rainforest to the Iluka Bluff, and it's stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Take a picnic with you and relax while watching for whales and dolphins.

Dining out, or your evening's entertainment in Iluka is a breeze with your choice of the Golf Club, Bowling Club and the Sedger's Reef Hotel. All of these facilities provide a courtesy bus, so if you don't feel like driving, or you want to enjoy a few wines with your meal you can still get home safely. Sumth'n Tastee on Charles is also a great spot for lunch or dinner, Jenny's pizza's are fantastic, and the home style meals, plus burgers and fish and chips are always a treat. There is also The Laneway, which offers breakfast, lunch and some evening dining options, the Fisherman's Co-op for fresh seafood, The Green Room for smoothies, burgers and salad bar, plus Maraccas near the ferry terminal for breakfast and lunch.

Iluka's largest grocery store the IGA is located a few blocks away, approx 500 metres, this facility includes a bottle shop, deli, baked goods, butcher meats and of course all the grocery items you need for your stay. The petrol station is next door. A little further up Young street are individual stores including butcher, bakery, chemist and another liquor store. The CBD area of Iluka, which includes Post office, newsagency, a bakery, gift stores and boutiques, hardware store and cafes.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 30 minute drive away from Iluka, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Yamba is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of Charles St at the Iluka Marina and cruise across to Yamba, and explore Yamba's main street which includes grocery stores, boutiques, gift stores, cafes, restaurants, plus the Bowling Club, Golf Club, Cinema and of course the beaches.

Yamba has the largest shopping centre in the Lower Clarence, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into Yamba on Yamba Road, approximately 40kms away, or 35 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are approx. an hour's drive, both with airports, and largershopping facilities.

Riverview Apartment 2.6 is located at 3-5 Riverview Street, Iluka. It is Fully Self-contained and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. No linen provided. No pets allowed. Beds 1Q, 2S, 1T. Garage remote control + off street parking. This is a non-smoking unit.
