Circa 1907, Allawah was tastefully renovated by its owners a year ago and further complimented with pavilion linked verandahs, protected courtyards and open decks to incorporate inside outside living.

Casual and stylish with a design based environmental backdrop and the extensive use of quality timber are the key elements of Allawah that attracted the attention of NSW premier lifestyle magazine North Coast Living to feature this classic four bedroom beach home in their latest edition.

Old-world charm furnishings comfortably hold their own alongside contemporary and multimedia appliances creating an unobtrusive ambience throughout the beach house. This same ambience is amplified for families who need or want separate areas of indulgence at arms length from their kids.

Down time or holidays are not about spending all your time snuggled up in a bed wrapped in quality linen and listening to the oceans lullaby!

From Allawah it is a two minute walk to the beach. The north side of Lovers Point at Convent Beach is protected where you can stroll, swim, snorkel or investigate the rock pools. The south side of Lovers Point is an open beach where you can pick any spot for a surf.

Lovers Point is an ideal place to watch migratory whales (May to September) and resident dolphins at play.

Yamba is famous not only for its weather and award winning restaurants but its combined offshore and estuary fishing fleets are the largest supplier of fresh seafood to the Sydney Fish Markets.

You can either taste your own fresh Yamba prawns straight from the trawlers, fine dine at a number of local restaurants who specialise in creating seafood temptations. Alternatively you can employ our highly recommended personal chef to delight your culinary senses or impress your guests at your special dinner party at home.

For all bookings 50% of the tariff plus administration fee of $25.00 is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within 7 days from the date you made the booking.  Your balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons.

Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the PRDnationwide Yamba or Iluka offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.

A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security deposit is payable. Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
