Reference – you must put your surname and the property name as reference otherwise we will not be able to track your payment, and you could lose your booking.
Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons.

Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the PRDnationwide Yamba or Iluka offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.
A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security deposit is payable. Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
