So named because it overlooks Yamba's Main Surfing Beach and the land mark known as "Lonerock". From the living, dining and kitchen areas you can see as far as Iluka in the North and across Yamba Point to the South. built on two levels it is equally suited to a couple on their own or a family of six. Large carport provided.
On the upper level, the open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area enjoy the fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. Brand new modern kitchen with dishwasher, convection microwave, crockery, cutlery & cooking equipment provided. Dining setting for eight, carpeted living area, large screen colour television, sliding glass doors lead to slate tiled balcony.
Main bedroom has queen bed, blankets, pillows and quilt provided, fully tiled ensuite, built-in wardrobes and fully carpeted.
Downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, both with two single beds with blankets, pillows, quilts, built-in wardrobes and bedside tables. Both also have sliding doors to lower deck with slate tiles and excellent ocean views. Bathroom and laundry modern tiled with shower, vanity and separate toilet, washing machine and dryer.

For all bookings 50% of the tariff plus administration fee of $25.00 is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within 7 days from the date you made the booking.  Your balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Reference – you must put your surname and the property name as reference otherwise we will not be able to track your payment, and you could lose your booking.

 

Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons.

 

Cheque or money order sent to, PRDnationwide Yamba PO Box 150, YAMBA NSW 2464

or for Iluka bookings, PRDnationwide Iluka, PO Box 122, ILUKA  NSW  2466.

 

Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the PRDnationwide Yamba or Iluka offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.

A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security deposit is payable. Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
